The quality of journalism in The Sun has always been appalling, but in these times of limited staff and working from home their making stuff up is farcical.

This artical on home brewing incldes an Alamy stock image of 'beer being made' by adding sugar, salt and yeast to the wort (in a big food mixer bowl). Blur star Alex James' guide to making cheap and easy home brewed booze

But what they've done is shown somebody mixing dough to make beer pretzels!

Stock Photo - June Miller adding flour to the mix. Making hand made custom Beer Pretzels, using Craft Beer as part of the ingredients,at the Breaker Brewing Co

I don't think there's going to be an autumn seed clearance at Wilkos this year :frown:

My moan is about how many people are taking swipes at the government on FB about how bad their performance has been and then another lot spreading guff about 5G causing CV19! I feel I'm going to upset a lot of 'friends' today

Well of course it isn't but some people believe all the rubbish out there! On the plus side, it can be entertaining with some people so convinced the sky is falling in. I shouldn't mock but it's a slow day.

... or read it and just don't bother to acknowledge you took the time to answer.

The actions in my town of Ramsgate are beyond words.

In the past week a man was arrested for drilling holes in four tires belonging to an Ambulance.

Last night four cars were set on fire.

Also last night a nurse working at the QEQM Hospital, left her work clothes sealed by her front door, this morning they had been taken. This nurse works in ITU on the C-Virus ward.

I've found something - I'm trying to order some cash from the bank (who'da thunk it) so I can collect it but there is no way of actually contacting the bank. You can't email them and you can't call. The call system is now only for fraud and lost cards and the email goes to 'somewhere' in their system.
Gone are the days you could walk in and withdraw your own money

Our bank has an arrangement with the post office and we go in there, use our debit card, and take out the money (just like cashback).

It may be worth seeing if your bank has the same facility.

We've just been shat on by Asda, waited two weeks to go for our 'click and collect' order at 12pm (as all online delivery slots were all taken) and got the email which should have said it was ready for collection, no the whole order was cancelled with no explanation. As there are no other nearer supermarkets we saw another c&c slot for Friday and have reordered but we are not holding our breath!!!:wallbanging::wallbanging::wallbanging:
