Defiantly can't run Lori.
As I said we bought ours quite a while back and I assure you it's large and felt too big for my arthritic fingers and hands. I've had my lovely steam micro iron for about 5yrs now and have no problem using it.
I had no problem with actually doing the ironing at all ....just too busy in the garden to do it!!!

Well the garden had a good old soaking yesterday. The sun is out at the moment but we have more rain on it's way for later on.
We have our compost click and collect slot at midday and a grocery delivery at 5pm. So all in all a good day ahead.

Now I can think about planting up our big pots and replace/ top up compost in a couple of other ones that have shrubs in them ....at last!.

Going to get a hour or hopefully two in the garden now before the next lot of rain arrives, have a great day!

It is cloudy and we have been promised a good steady rain starting about lunchtime. We need the water. It's not parched by any means but we have only had about half of our normal rainfall for this time of year.

I've got to get out the door earlier than usual today as I need some things from the Costco at the edge of town and they have seniors' hour between 8 and 9 this morning. I am down to the last of my Tetley tea and that would be a serious problem! Worth waiting in line with the other geezers

And then I will be doing some housework. I think it helps deal with distancing when things are tidy.

I'm glad you got rain @Upsydaisy. We got what I consider to be a thorough misting. Wet but not enough to really soak in. Hopefully it will buck up a bit during the day. I want the ground good and wet when it is time to plant out next week.

I've got a busy morning ahead of me. Trying to source specific fabrics to make masks. I've been roped into making 500 and in a short period of time.

I also have a friend popping by and keeping at a distance. He is bringing me some maple syrup. Direct from the farmer who makes it. Yum!

Yes we've certainly had rain, we had a mini river flowing down our lane at one point this morning. The sun is out now but not sure for now long.

A favourite client of mine asked me to do them for her husband's company. I did a lot of work at her fabulous home with mickey mouse head shaped pool and their entertainment room has a tv that must be at least 8' tall by 12' wide. Never ever seen anything like that in a private home! It's a scramble right now finding the correct AAMI approved products but I'm managing to source them in order of construction. Just completed issuing the last of my purchase orders.
