It is cloudy and we did get some rain last night too.

This morning I'm going to make the top to match the cardigan I made for Sam yesterday then try to get the other cardi done in the pretty pink striped fabric I bought.

It is a pleasant day so far with clear blue skies. The guessers have told us to be prepared for clouds to move in and perhaps a chance of a thunderbanger this afternoon. I have plenty to keep me busy inside or out so no matter the weather, I'll be kept out of trouble.

I got a half bushel each of sweet green and red peppers yesterday for a ridiculously low price and will be chopping, portion packaging and freezing them. Very odd that, about the price. Everything else seems to have fallen victim to increases since covid ruled and this bargain puzzles me!

Grey but sunshine here, we are going furniture browsing today, we don’t want to buy anything until we have signed for the house (as we are in a chain).

Good day
It is clear blue skies a the moment and in the low 60's. The guessers say we're going up to the 70's but clouds will return.

This morning I'll be bringing up the canning equipment from the cellar (during commercial breaks in my beloved Corrie) and getting ready to make up some pizza sauce using fresh hot chillies. I'm also going to put the sun oven out to bake up some chops in sauce.

Sam is still asleep which is wonderful as she is always so tired. She can now walk a good 35-40 feet without her walker. And she is eager to help out around here so I've given her the job of collecting crabapples during the week. Hopefully I'll have enough by next weekend to make jelly
