I wish we could grow some cannabis over here, my back and leg are killing me I had to order some CBD oil and capsules, I hope they work!

Good morning Moyra and Shiney, we are all awake early today, I got woken up by Wheeldons recycling place clanging about so loud it shuck the house, Moyra do you suffer with Sciatica? The only way of easing that is by walking, you can get exercises on the NHS sight (if that’s what it is, hope the CBD capsules ease it .

We are going for a nice long walk today and a picnic at Rivington as the weather is forecast dry all day I’ll take photos for you all

Another grey day but the guessers are still promising a sunny one tomorrow. I'm going to get a bit more indoor work done today - sew another top for Sam so she has a top/cardigan twin set, get an adjusted quote out to my client, get some tidying done and just generally get prepared for an outdoor day of puttering.

I hope everyone has as pleasant and productive a day as I am expecting to have !

Good day er, almost evening for most of you
@moyra I wish I could send you some of my CBD fudge and also some of my CBD Christmas cake. A little piece takes away aches and pains and also helps you sleep through the night. I haven't needed any for about that last 8 days but I do know what it is like when you need something almost daily, just to "get through".

The guessers say it will be sunny later this morning and here I sit, looking at grey skies. How on earth do these people get paid to be right only part of the time?!?

I'd planned to use my sunoven today so will wait another hour or so to see if that is still a viable means of cooking today. Any longer than that and there will not be enough hours to fully cook meat.

Oh heavens- the sun just beamed down - my apologies to the guessers Best get out there and set things up.

Good morning everyone, @CanadianLori Thank you for your kind thoughts. Hope Sam is still doing well. I have Spent £60 on hemp oil tablet and Hemp gel. Lets hope that helps me. I guess it will take a few days or so before I feel any better. Have a good day all and stay safe. God bless

@moyra- as an FYI, the oil should work within hours as it has no "residual" effects. My fudge/cake take about 2 to 3 hours to get into my system and the relief lasts about 6 hours or more. I never drive if I have a day where I need to use it as I am cautious about the dosage - just in case it leaves me too relaxed, I don't want to endanger others!

Busy times are on us now! I've got a bazillion Shineybrid peppers to harvest and process, lots of annuals need pulling and put out of their misery and the usual fall tear down of everything built up in the winter and spring. Good exercise

Sam is doing better. She still needs her walker for walks more than 40 or 50 feet but she is not nearly so wobbly. She's started new meds for her kidneys and is eating lots of healthy fruits, veg and protein.

I best get off now. 6 loads of laundry today and get the vacuuming done before the physio fellow shows up.

Lori so glad to hear Sam is improving well now, with you looking after her she will do well .

It’s our 12th Wedding anniversary today so going for a nice walk and a meal at home as we don’t want to risk the covid, the sun is shining but a cool breeze, have a lovely day all

 

@Flumpy Happy Anniversary! I gave my son $12 worth of lottery tickets for today as it is a special draw and it is also his 47th birthday today. I hope they are lucky for him.
