    Good day
Sounds like everyone has been keeping busy. We're having cold days and freezing nights now. The garden was ready for shut down as I had aready pretty much cleared out all the annuals.

Sam is back in hospital. She is very ill and they're worried about sepsis and her going toxic with the various antibiotics with which she has been flooded.

I'll try to pop in here a bit more but I'm sure everyone can understand my absence if I don't.

Have a lovely day all :coffee:

Oh heck Lori. You must be sick with worry. You make sure you take care of yourself and that the Doctors can get Sam better. Big hugs xxx

I am so sorry to read this. I have had three major ops in a year, 42 days in hospital and been on very strong antibiotics after having my hip removed for five months due to e-Coli in my leg. I can empathise as it is taking me forever to recuperate. Please give her a virtual hug from me and tell her ...

They packed her in ice to try to break the high fever and now that it has finally broken, for now, they are they are talking about opening her up.

Thank you for all your kind words. I am beside myself with worry. All I can do is wait. They allow one visitor per patient per day and my son took today off work to see his daughter as all their visiting hours are during his work day. He goes back to work Monday so I will be able to go and hug her then. :cry3:

                              Good day
Thank you for all of your kind thoughts and wishes. Sam made it through another night. :spinning:

I'm going to be sticking close to home just in case the telephone rings and I am needed. I do have lots of things to keep me busy here. I've downloaded several patterns and can start gluing the pages together. Once I've finished that part, I then trace a copy of Sam's size, or mine, onto clear plastic. Then map fold the original paper pattern and stow it. The clear plastic helps me pattern match when necessary. Some of these patterns use 40 pages of letter sized paper so it does take some time. Totally brainless work and just what I need. :blue thumb:

I hope everyone has a good day. :coffee:
