Arthritis alleviation

As mentioned in a post a few months ago I was struggling with my arthritic knee again, the last few years it's been less and less mobility, less and less excersise, more weight put on, more strain on my knee, I've been taking cod liver oil and glucosamine capsules for a while but have started to take tumeric capsules for about a month now along with taking to wearing sports leggings, the last two weeks is the best my knee has felt for ages, it seems to be getting looser and looser, it feels a bit wobbly but I think I just need it build up the muscles again, I can't say for sure if it's the tumeric or the leggings or the combination of both but I can say at the moment it's making a world of difference to me. And
@ARMANDII before you say it...yes I'm wearing tights and my wife says I look like max wall

 

No...max wall is about right I think.

 

I'd give it a go because my knees have had it, but have you seen the price?

 

Of turmeric or tights? If the latter, can we have photos please?

 

I have Turmeric, alas Carol doesn't wear tights (so can't get any there) and I suffer dreadfully from arthritis.
