...meanwhile at Nottingham Xmas market - it's an entirely different story - a couple of people were spotted wearing a mask:

Not compulsory, but sensible if you do in crowds like that. IMO of course.

I find that 'Harrods' view interesting. It may simply be the angle of the shot but the road doesn't seem wide enough for Brompton Road outside Harrods. There are two reasonably wide pavements and five lanes of road. :noidea:

It's a shop in Westcliffe on Sea, near Southend, Essex.

Agreed, it also looks more like pub closing time going by the age and dress of the crowd. Not your typical Harrods shoppers.

I just dont think it bothers me, I dont go to those places, they can do what they like.

In fact in some way I feel they are bringing the epidemic end a bit closer, by catching it.

That's what I was referring to:

Not that it makes any difference whether it's Harrods or Pubs at fault, it's still a crowd of people ignoring the social distancing rules.

Trouble is the pubs all close simultaneously so that same scene is repeated in every Tier 2 high street through-out the land at 10pm, they are chucked out on the street and head for the nearest off-licence, where else can they go? To be honest it's daft thinking young people are just going to disperse and head home keeping 2m apart.
