Yes, most technology only gives you the option of one or the other, not both. Anyone else find centigrade and metric so much more simple and logical, though? (And where's the 'hiding behind the sofa' smiley when you need it?) :roflol:

Some sunshine and very little breeze or rain, (.6mm), while the temperature only rose to the lower 40f's. Right now it's still dry, no breeze, the temperature is 40.1f and the pressure reading is 984hpa.:cat-kittyandsmiley::coffee:

I always put both on my weather post. I grew up with fahrenheit but have used centigrade for a long time now. Strangely I've not done the same with metric measurements, I couldn't even guess at the conversions so stick with imperial. My maths is weak so I can't do the temperature conversion but I have a little card available that gives me both scales.

The past two days of continuous rain has finally stopped but today was spent shrouded in fog. The sun put in a couple of token visits but gave up. Calm, cold and damp. 2C/36F

I only use centigrade as it's easyer to spell than fahrenheit

After one of the best sunrises I've ever seen here, it's set to rain from 10am onwards. Max 9C and a strong breeze from the S/SW. A good day for browsing seed catalogues!:)

Good morning its 2.22222 centigrade recurring and 36 degrees Fahrenheit with dense fog ;):blue thumb:

                    # Capture.PNG

                    Fahrenheit to Centigrade
                    1. Start with the temperature in Fahrenheit (e.g., 100 degrees).
                    2. Subtract 30 from this figure (e.g., 100 - 30 = 70).
                    3. Divide your answer by 2 (e.g., 70 / 2 = 35).
Celsius to Fahrenheit, multiply by 1.8 (or 9/5) and add 32.
