              Welcome to GC :dbgrtmb:

Pity you're not living over here near us as we could let you have some of the large leafed Ajugas. They look really good and are an excellent and fast ground cover plant.

We don't have those nifty clips with hoops that clamp onto bamboo canes and keep onion leaves upright. I've seen them in many posts from over there and decided to try to duplicate them. Think this will work..

There's usually a mini-heatwave just as the daffs and tulips are coming into flower  Then another 2 months of torrential rain, just in case we're short of water.....:roflol:

Well thank you, I don't get offers/suggestions like that every day. Plants act differently here although overall the climate is similar.hot is hotter dryer, cold about the same.Lost a Monkey Puzzle Tree last summer, had one in Bexhill UK for 10 years from a half metre babe size, it was really fantastic looking and over time it grew to at least 3 metres.Olive tree of two years starting shedding more leaves than normal. olive fruits grew well and he leaves kept falling, many grew back and searching on the Internet soon caught my attention, the devastation of Olive Trees in Italy and soon elsewhere caused by...The tree-killer is a bacterium called xylella fastidiosa...copied and pasted hope that is allowed...Ours was not that though, more signs of too wet or not enough drainage..not sure to be honest, but not the bacterium that is destroying trees as above..I will finish this as the writing has gone haywire...'L' plates getting in the way again.

Not sure at the moment, paths need sweeping and there is bound to be some pruning or weeding to be done.
