Corona Virus Treatment

I go to Tesco when they open at 6 a.m. and am always the first customer. By the time I check out (have to do self-checkout as no staff manned ones) there may be half a dozen shoppers in the store. The other advantage is that all the shelves have been refilled and I get the pick of everything.

 

Oh, I fully understand that it is not all French folks - of course it isn't. Maybe if it was, and we were too, the world might be a better place. From my perspective, and it has been the case for many a year, Guy Fawkes had the right idea.

 

I have just successfully placed an order with Iceland for Saturday morning - prices were a LOT better than Morrisons for most things too.

 

So, remind me why we are locking down and all having vaccines again

I am genuinely starting to think that a civil war of some sort is going to be the only way to restore some sort of balance to the world - voting clearly makes little difference as you get the same bunch of faceless goons in the civil service still running the show from behind the scenes and as you rightly say our glorious leaders haven't a clue just how far they are pushing things.

Journalists (well, the modern excuse for journalists), I would line most of them up against a wall and shoot them and call it a service to the country, and I would start with Piers Morgan; once you'd nipped a few off, I think it would be surprising how many of them suddenly remembered how to do their jobs. Once that was sorted, onto banks, finance houses and estate agents......

 

It has turned properly chilly in the past hour or so - wasn't as bad out walking the dog this evening (5pm ish) than it was yesterday, but then the temperature seemed to plummet after we got home.

 

Not really very good at carrying it out though He got a "suspended" sentence, that was "stretched" out, and done in quarters.......the right idea doesn't always have the right ending.
