Who believes Trump?

I was watching Trump from the start, on American Media, at his Rally that he held only 2 miles from Capitol Hill to the march on the Building where people got killed and the Mob broke into the the Building to the finish.
Trump said "We" going to march on the Capitol and "We" are going to remind the Congress and Senate what their duties to overturn the rigged election are." Well, of course, Trump never went but got in his car and was driven back to the White House leaving around 30,000 of his extremists to do what he wanted. There were a lot of acts of bravery by those in the defending the building but there was also a lot of cowardice by some of the loud mouthed Republicans cowering behind injured members of the security element.
The aftermath is huge for many reasons, a mentally unstable President inciting riots and the invasion of the Senate and Congress, the ease in which the security was overcome, the raw vision of seeing the various insane extremists screaming and wanting to kill while dressed in their different uniforms including one with a painted blue and red face, naked from the waist up wearing a Buffalo Robe and Horns...........and we thought BREXIT was bad.
The American Politics. Politicians Media are far worse than ours as they are far more worried about Symbolism and procedures while doing a lot of long winded talking without any direct answers, and verbal dancing, without taking any action at a level far above ours. They suggest taking action against the President and then think of a million ways not to........God Bless America.

 

I would think the actual reason is that he was born the kind of person that he actually is and that age has nothing to do with it. He lies, incites and bullies other people, blames other people for his mistakes and failures while claiming credit for everything else, and he does that because he was born an extreme Sociopath/Psychopath/Narcissist and has no ability to admit self blame, or remorse and this last act of his has actually got Republicans and Democrats to recognise it publicly.

 

Possibly - there is just something about his demeanour, his 'look' that makes me think this way. When I worked in the nursing home all those years ago, it wasn't uncommon for us to discuss things as you would imagine, and quite regularly the "I don't think Mr X will be with us all that long" conversation would arise. Somewhat scarily, it was often proved to be the case. I hope I am wrong of course - as I say, I wouldn't wish that on anyone (despite my wisecracks about civil war...)

 

Indeed, however I wasn't focussing on the behaviour - more the look, the demeanour. If you look at footage of him from twenty years ago, he is a wholly different person in his demeanour. I accept that we all change as we age, of course, but I would lay money you have changed less over that 20 year period than Trump has.

 

I've been old ever since I was at infants school in our cave.

 

To be fair to him, I think there are a hell of a lot of us could fall under that classification Mike
