Well my seeds turned up today but to early to sow any of them  . I did sow some the other day agastache - thalictrums and another purple bells are something rhodictrum something like that :heehee: . The greenhouse is filthy so I cleaned the outside of it which didn't make a difference cause its all inside which I may tackle this afternoon while its raining.

The only thing I can say on the fence issue is that you can't pick your neighbours unfortunately.

that is our largest water butt and when it rains it would come off the roof so fast that Mr.W made one of his light bulb moments with bacially an added to large funnel to collect the water rather then it splashing everywhere but the butt...:rolleyespink:.

smaller door a little house with the electric meters in and has the original flag stones and a lot of messy dirty walls and floors still...The other door is the other end of the old barn where we keep most of our logs..5/6 stere approx.

close up of the pond Mr. W made..the wood cost a fortune but its still as solid as the day we bought it...full of lots of goldfish..started with a dozen and now because of fun and frolics have at least 30:whistle:

This leaf collecter works very well it does not work so well with wet leaves though. Its a tad like pushing a pram about and here is Mr.W..it his toy not mine... 009.JPG
Lots of the cuttings taken from around the garden for my on going rockery are doing very well and the ajuga is steaming ahead at last...:)

@DianneW You got all of that done today? Wow.

I just topped up the capillary tank in the cellar and number one son is not going to be happy. One of his plants dropped umpty branches and looks like a charlie brown tree now. I brought it upstairs and put it by a window - for all the good that will do on these cloudy days - and it will be a little warmer for it. I know he won't say anything but I feel badly that it is poorly whilst on my watch.

And I'll bring in some of the bags of potting soil from the side deck to let them thaw out as it looks like lots of the little seedlings in my soil blocks are pretty much ready to pot up. In some cases there are two onion seedlings in one soil block and I'm worried that I will kill them if I try to separate them when potting up. :noidea:

The garden loves it in the summer...right now we are having the odd shower suppose to be 8 degrees but I have a roaring log fire to enjoy as I came back in from the Garden and it was colder in than out...

Similar - but I've ordered my beans for this year. It is for fewer than normal as I don't expect to sell as many as usual.
Runners:- 300 Firestorm and 300 White Lady
                            French:- 100 Blue Lake.
Total cost:- £11.50 (gone up from last year)

I still have 100+ seeds that I harvested from the Bridgwater crop.

Turned on the greenhouse LED lights and turned them off a few hours later. The weather is too miserable to step a foot outside...let alone walk to the greenhouse or lotty.
