YAWN, YAWN, WAKEY, WAKEY - 2021

Morning all,

Rain, rain and more rain. It has rained really hard since about midnight and is still raining hard now. Our path down to the bottom of the garden (and Dave's office) is flooded. I really need to go out and put our internal recycling bin into our wheelie bin, but I don't fancy going out in it.

Might have to do some housework instead.

It is still pitch but the thermometer is shouting that it is a balmy 39f out there! We too have had grey skies and drizzle or rain for several days and the guessers are saying lots more to come. It is a luxury to get this amount of precipitation at this time of yesr and not have to shovel it

Sam is still asleep I've got number one son's lunch made and in the fridge. And I'm sitting with my first cuppa. A very pleasant morning so far

Today I have a bit of shopping to do and later take Sam for her bandage/wound care so life is being very gentle with me.

As usual at this time of year it is still pitch here but unbelievably mild. It's 36f

Sam is still slumbering and I have already got some tidying done and the dishwasher started with a full load. Plus today is recycle bin day so those three are out at the kerb waiting for emptying.

Hi everyone. Had a busy morning, finally got the store cupboards put in order. My daughter has a bad habit of just putting the latest stuff in front of the old !! So now everything has its own place, making space for other things. Let's see how long that lasts ??

I had to order a new heating mat for the propagator and a yard brush, they have both deteriorated,( funny how stuff always goes at the same time . Dinner eaten, now going to do a bit of crocheting, might even have a little medicinal Rose Tequila It's all go here
