    Heavy rain ( but not at the moment) and strong winds, gusting at 41mph until midday. Getting very dark now so I think more rain is imminent.
    Might be an hour or two in the greenhouse day....but not if the winds pick up more. Hopefully it will be a bit calmer this afternoon before they pick up again for the evening ,once more with wind speeds of 40mph.

    Very mild still with a high of 11C and a low tonight of 5C.

        We are 16c now, sunny with rain dripping off the leaves and boughs and the wind has died down. More rain on the way.

          Well, the temperature is a mild 50.4f at the moment, but that is cooler than it was at 0.30am this morning when it was over 51f:dunno: It's been raining steadily for most of the morning but so far we've only had 5.4mm of rain. There's a light breeze that is quartering wildly between a Southerly direction and an Easterly direction, while the pressure reading is 962.3:cat-kittyandsmiley::coffee:hpa

                I am looking at blue skies and the trees are not being pushed around so I assume there is very little breeze. A strong wind must have blown through last night as we have gone from hovering around freezing down to 8.6f yes, -13c .

                But seeing the sun makes it all lovely :) And usually when it is bitter cold, precipitation (snow) is unlikely. The arms won't be getting a workout with the shovel today!

                        Your snow has come South, Sheal, as we've had constant rain all day (14.1mm) but it's been snowing heavily with great big flakes for the last two hours and it's sticking!!!:hate-shocked: Right now the temperature is 32.7f and the pressure reading is 957.4hpa.:cat-kittyandsmiley::coffee:
