Snowball fight with the kids in the garden this morning. Then after thawing out did a few chores. We have just finished a quiz via Zoom with the football team I manage, so everyone can keep in touch during lockdown. Now making a curry for dinner and watching the footy.

I woke up and bounced out of bed with the intention of getting out into the garden. Oh! dear, it's snowing. Gave myself a good talking to infront of the wardrobe mirror.. Mike old chap. You must stop telling porkies. 'I bounced out of bed' even if your R's was on fire, that's an impossibility. Probably my biggest problem is staying awake. I get up, wash, dress etc. Make a brew and check my emails. Then before I have drank my cuppa, I am already nodding off. Then spent a boring day in doors.

Late evening, when most of you are turning in, getting your beauty sleep. I fire-up the puter. I spend some time on You Tube for the music. Tonight this inspired me to try and trace a piece of music my aunt used to play at christmas, on our piano.

Strange but. I have never had any piano lessons, yet I can straight away pick out a tune....one handed even in the dark. So I found a website with an acrive keyboard. I picked out this haunting tune. If only I could get someone to set it up as a playable piece, then perhaps I would have more to go on.

Perhaps my biggest problem is. Embarrassment. Amanda loaned me her keyboard so as to amuse myself. I was even too embarrassed to plug in and have a go, even in the privacy of my own home. I ask you. Is there any hope for an old fool such as me????????????????

I prefer savoury things. I do 'stew' down our plums to a thicker consistency and have that on toast while they are fresh and cropping. Just don't add the sugar , it they are a bit tart then a sweetener may get added.

I can still feel it but to be honest it's much worse at night. During the day it's easier to distract yourself from it. Thanks.:)
