Not doing much only walking the boys and making the meals because of the weather.
So I've been watching a lot of YouTube about gardening, cooking and music.
Watching a lot of this guy with doing cuttings, people ask him how to take cuttings and he does all the experiments.

Thanks, I have one but have been advised not to wear it until a diagnoses. If it turns out to be Bursitis then one could compress it and make it worse.

Oh ok then, hope that it gets better soon, you should rest it and try not to do things too soon.

Yes I'm going to try the rose cuttings and see if they're just as good as a grafted rose, the roses are so expensive these days.

Rose cuttings are really easy, I have a few on the go at the moment taken from my parents garden . Also had my first bloom last year on one of the ones I took the year before.:yahoo:I just take a nice stem and pot it up and leave it outside, even in winter...so far all have had a positive outcome.. IMG_20200418_163935.jpg IMG_20200418_164053.jpg IMG_20200622_180753_burst_01.jpg

Just been reading through an e-mail from my motor insurers.

The top makes of cars caught speeding are:

                  Mercedes
                  Porsche
                  Aston Martin
                  Mini Cooper

                  Who would have guessed....

                        Caught it !!!:biggrin::dbgrtmb:
Bless you Lori, I am in need of some.Thank you very much.:)

When our eldest saw me, via a video call on Sunday he was horrified!! He was all for getting me a carer through his private health plan !!!

I can now only drag my right leg ,it's getting progressively worse each day, I have X-rays booked for Friday ...but that's the easy bit, the waiting list for follow ups / treatments will undoubtedly be about a year.
                        :thankyou:

Not too sure @Logan , I think I experimented ...some I did and some I didn't, that's what I normally do for all my cuttings.
But whatever I did has worked as all have done well. I found that the secret seemed to be to 'plant and forget ', which seems to comes naturally to me!!!:heehee:

We'll get reprimanded soon as we're turning this into a gardening thread.. :oopss:

Well obviously no hobbling outside for me ( might venture out into the greenhouse later).
Instead I'm breaking the housework up into manageable bite size pieces. This morning I have cleaned all 10 downstairs internal glass doors. Must remind myself ( and hubs) to close our eyes when the sun shines on them :heehee: ,there will probably be a few smudges here and there as I found even this simple job a tad difficult.
