I've just come in for a coffee...definitely cold outside, and I was in the greenhouse!!
Very achy today after my trip to town yesterday , first time since a week before Christmas. Will pace myself but will probably only do some seed sowing today.

@moyra I echo what @Flumpy says...please get checked out. Our Drs surgeries have a good set up in place and are completely safe to attend appointments. Not sure Vick will do much ...probably nothing at all to be honest with you. At least pick up the phone and make that call ...you can only gain from doing so. Take care xxx

Take care @shiney ...sciatica is awful and hits you suddenly without warning, I have suffered with it since I was 15. I remember it all too well as ( and I know you will appreciate this..being in trade!) It was my first Christmas working as an apprentice and as you know the days before were manic times for shampoo and sets.....no colouring, cutting or perms were carried out so close to the big day!! :nonofinger: Being a new beginner my main job was shampooing and carrying out conditioning treatments, making teas, coffees....and pouring Sherries!! Customer greeting and finally settling their bills. Well, there were only two us ( apprentices) working our socks off to support the 4 senior stylist and owner. Come Christmas eve I just couldn't move a muscle without screaming out in pain , Mum had to phone and say I wasn't able to go it. They were all brilliant and very sympathetic ...my boss even called in at the end of a very long day, but I can't forget how bad I felt ...letting the team down so very badly.

Hi @Flumpy , how are you , thanks for your very kind offer but not something I could face eating, especially in the morning. I just had my egg and toast earlier.:)

Bom dia Vicky:).....enjoy your lovely 20C today :)

    Hi @Snorky85 .

its because we objected to a planning permission of theirs 4? years ago now they have done it to my friend neighbour too-accused her of threatening to run their dog over which was all fabricated. absolute nutters.

I'm now up and dressed and about to go up to the lotty. they can "do one"

              Good da
@moyra I do hope you'll get a medical person to have a listen to your chest. You can't assume anything these days.
@Flumpy I just decided I wanted a dehydrator run by solar power so I made it.That was back when I was solar power silly. I even made a solar water heater that heated water in troughs under plants to moderate the temperature in the greenhouse. Worked a treat. Got the water up to 55c on a sunny day.
@shiney I'll eat the parts of @Flumpy 's breakfast that you don't eat.
@Snorky85 I'm glad you're able to keep a fence between yourself and those weirdos!

It is my usual sunday morning. Get some bread dough going, listen to my beloved Corrie, do some chores and in between work on figuring out the quiz Mk2 quiz questions. I've just figured out number one, for some reason I've got two answers for number 15, but think I should wait until I'm finished thinking out the first half before tackling the last. There are some that I won't even waste brain cells on as I know that I just "never" knew them and won't be able to recall or fathom them:doh:

              Cheers all :coffee:

                      Good day
@moyra I am glad to hear you're feeling better. I hope that you still follow up with your doctor just to be on the safe side and perhaps stop this from happening again.

I've been reading the news this morning about the Meghan/Oprah interview. Got to say I am so happy this little minx is not living in Canada anymore. She and Harry stayed in BC for awhile and years prior to that, she was in a television series up here. I thought that she would know what being in the spotlight does and I am pretty darned sure the palace would have thoroughly educated her about expectations/consequences before she married into the family. Acting the "poor innocent" really doesn't fly with me.

Got some very busy days happening so I will get back to my tea and then on with work.
                      cheers :coffee:

                        Aloha everyone,

I haven't had much chance to get on GC today. Shopping, cooking, bridge and lots in the garden.

We've been working on repairing, renovating, renewing some of the big things and have posted it on 'What are you doing in the garden...'. It's tiring supervising other people working :heehee:

                        Keep well

                        Aloha!

Good Morning everyone, another lovely day ahead, better make the most of it before the rain and strong wind hit tomorrow.

Lots more that I hope to get done today. Days like this just make you want to be outside don't they.

Just having a session on my Tens machine before heading out.

Have a fabulous day and remain safe.
