Well thankfully the sun is back with us in full force, not too sure for how long though but the breeze is hanging around still.

It's my Uncle's funeral this morning just after 9:30 , we have a live stream set up for all the family, so we can say our final farewell to him. Another dear person lost to us.

Good morning everyone, had a better night last night slept like a log I was so tired. Have put the calor gas fire on in the lounge should warm up the whole flat.

Yesterday the house got a bit of airing as the outside temperature rose to 68f and warm enough to open the windows. We're back in the deep freeze again this morning as it was only a short tease of what's to come in a month or two.

Today I deliver a chair slipcover and that will be the end of the sewing work I have in house at the moment. I soooo much prefer this type of work instead of the corporate world. Much more relaxing. And satisfying One client wants me to go to her cottage with her to measure. It is a 6 hour return trip so I hope she picks a pleasant day for it

Should have a fairly decent day today although temps are a tad down of what we've had of late.

Still as long as these winds eventually die down that's the main thing...hopefully all will be calm again by lunchtime.

It’s still windy here but not raining as much today. Just about to wrap my mums presents up, I’ve got her a necklace with three shades of sea glass on it from Cornwall, hope she likes it , Upsydaisy I know tomorrow will be hard for you, I’ll be thinking of you and others who have lost there mums.
