Yes my Dr explained that if you can actually feel pain on or around your hip bone then it's often not hip related but if ,as I'm experiencing, you haves pain on the inside groin area that radiates down your thigh then it could be a hip issue. Not convinced in my case though.

Just got home, the sun is shining now, just checked on my sweet pea seed and they are all popping there heads up ....think I’ll put the kettle on now and relax .......strict instructions off my hubby then I’m going to do a nice chicken & mushroom stir fry yummy

Fingers crossed this gets posted correctly this morning.
Had a very bad night last night which I knew I would. Poor Hubs , he never complains bless him. I'm forever tossing and turning in the hope of finding the elusive comfy sleeping position.
