Uploading images

Good morning my apologies for missing this thread I upload 12 at a time just click on " upload a file" which takes me to my image folders then select the 12 images I want to upload then click on open which brings me to the image below and then just click on the top box ie Full Image

 

My largest file size in the above images is 3.59 MB (3,768,798 bytes)

I have copied and pasted the largest of my images 12 times and it still works the size is 8.78 MB (9,208,459 bytes)

 

There is a 4mb size limit, but otherwise pretty much every image format seems to be accepted. We did see a spate a while back (and I was affected myself) where photos taken on a Samsung phone would not load. The solution was to screenshot the image on a PC, resave and upload that

 

@Palustris are you wanting to upload to a normal thread or to a Gallery? I think Galleries have a different criteria - but don't know.

 

Yes @shiney I use the same method when I upload to the Gallery but and its a big but I can only copy and paste one image and upload one at a time so you are correct and from recollection @Palustris is probably talking about uploading to the Gallery
