YAWN, YAWN, WAKEY, WAKEY - 2021

Good morning all, That last lot of high winds ripped my gazebo, both have lasted at least five years so I have paid out to replace them both, hope the new ones last as long. They should come tomorrow. Steve has gone out on his mates boat fishing for the weekend off the Crouch. I told him not to fetch any home no room in the freezers, so maybe just a skate, which I love and can cook straight away.

Anyway hope you are all well, I am still busy cancelling hospital appointments. Too late to do anything to improve my life now so just want a quiet time for however long the good Lord allows me. Take care all and stay safe and well. God bless you all.

Oh dear @shiney ...you and I are very similar I think, full of good advice but don't heed it ourselves .....until it's just too late and the damage is done!!!

My body is now definitely the boss and I can't even contemplate doing things without it letting me know when it's in disagreement!!!

I have learnt my lesson after what was a very scary episode a fortnight ago.

I will go with what my body tells and not by my stubborn head listing all the jobs that need to be done .

Day of chilling today for me , plus a friend popping over to cut my hair and have a catch up.

Good news is that I have a hospital app in 3 weeks time th see an Orthopaedic consultant.... hoping they might find the problem.

That's exactly what I mean...that was me down to a tee too...but not anymore!

Your not letting Mrs S down by doing these sneaky jobs....your letting your poor body down..and it deserves more care and consideration.
