      It's cows I can hear here, don't they ever sleep ? It's MOO MOOOOO all the time but they are down the road and the other side of the railway line so it isn't too bad I suppose :smile:

                The sun is coming up and I'm off to Tesco to pick up a lot of fruit and veg before any customers turn up there. Although we had a delivery yesterday I no longer order fresh stuff as quite often it is useless. If we had a local greengrocer I would go there.

                Friends coming for lunch today and I have the rest of the cooking to do.

                    Good morning everyone, hope you're all well today :smile: I hope you all have nice weather and enjoy your day ...

                    We have several green grocers near here @shiney, and also a van that comes around every Tuesday selling vegetables, fruit, and lots of other things like cakes and pies from local bakery, cereals, sweets chocolate and biscuits, and things like bacon etc if you want it (I don't eat meat any more, only fish but he doesn't sell that)
                    You can buy the vegetables loose and it's much better, I don't need a bag-full, and it stays fresh for almost a week after you've bought it.
                    The little grocer shops are good too, they sell almost everything you want including fresh vegetables, and they're friendlier than the big supermarkets.

                          We had some much needed rain in the night and the garden is looking happy. Yesterday's lunch went well and they ended up staying for five hours :rolleyespink:. It was rather hot and sticky so wouldn't have wanted to do much gardening. Although we got a fair amount done before they turned up.

                          People coming to pick up plants today and I have some to deliver as well.

                            Good morning @shiney and all my other friends to day I am going to go with the flow its a little overcast here to day but only on the outside have already taken Penny out for our walk it was a little wet underfoot because of heavy rain all night but still enjoyable have a lovely weekend and stay safe:smile:
