    It’s grey here at the moment and rain forecast for later :sad: so going to try and get the grass cut before the rain starts :spinning:

      Eldest son and hubs are out on their hike, so all is quiet as we had another late night and everyone else is still snoozing.

      Youngest baby returns home today as he can't get time off. , he's heading back before the footie starts.

                Good morning all ,looks to be a very promising day .

                1 of our brood and their partner are leaving us today to return to their own place....boo hoo :cry3: time , but it was lovely to see their faces and have a proper hug!! We will still have one ' baby' with us until the weekend.:hapydancsmil:

                    Aloha everyone,

                    I haven't had much chance to post here on GC recently as I've been so busy - mainly playing bridge, lots of gardening with feet up time in between, charity and voluntary work and a lot of my time on GC taken up with Admin.

                    I've had to be careful as I have a little damage to my leg - caused by Sarafi getting under my feet. A small section of skin came off and because of the problems I have with my legs it hasn't been healing too well. It's now improving with us making a dressing with Manuka honey. It's just very awkward trying to get my pressure stocking on and off. The leg doesn't hurt much at all but I have to be careful it doesn't ulcerate.

                              It's sunny, breezy and not particularly warm - yet. I've done a couple of hours weeding and shall now have a go at pressure washing. Sainsbury's order arrived dead on the dot of 6.30 and it was all there and stored away immediately.
