I love sage and onion stuffing, and combining it with sausage opens up exciting new culinary vistas ...
some of that there will go nicely with my roast chicken.
Diva loves chicken and sausage, I´m sure she´ll cope.
Treacle tart is a welcome inspiration, combining it with ice cream will just prove that too much of a Good Thing, can be wonderful.
Thanks for the inspiration Logan, Mediterranean greetings.

What you could try with the courgettes is fry some garlic put the sliced courgettes in, fry them until cooked then put some tinned tomatoes in. The courgettes will take up the flavour of the other ingredients.

                      Sorry.:)
I dont eat anything that tastes of nothing.
If I've got to put tomatoes and garlic with it to make it taste of something, I might as well just eat the tomatoes with some garlic.;)

One reason I never touch pasta.:frown:

But thanks for the idea @Logan :dbgrtmb:

I find salads rather tasteless, probably because my palate is used to curries and chilli, but I know there´s lots of nutritional value in them. However, a decent vinaigrette transforms the whole thing, and makes a salad the ideal choice for days like these when the temptation to climb into the fridge is almost unbearable. My basic is lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper -- but additional garlic, ginger, soy, raspberry essence, or wine vinegar can all play a part.

Agree, we eat salads all year round and make and vary the dressings we use on them...it's fun making up you own recipes.
