WHAT'S YOUR WEATHER LIKE - 2021

Early and late sun but cloudy most of the day with a fresh NE breeze keeping the temperature down to a warmish 23c this afternoon. Looks like a few 'hot' days to come.

 

This morning was cloudy and cool but the afternoon was sunny and warmer.

 

89f, humid and the a breeze is starting to dust the trees off. We received a red alert for a tornado warning. So I ran about trying to get everything battened down. We don't get those often and so far, the system has skimmed by us.

 

Hope so.

It's a glorious morning, 'wall-to-wall' sunshine, not a cloud in sight, and already feeling warm.

 

Same here Michael, very warm...not that I'm grumbling!!!
Yes Woo I heard on our local news that we could hit the low 30s over the weekend.....now ( grumble, grumble) that is a tad too hot for me.

High of 26C today.

 

You should sit back and enjoy your garden in the summer @shiney ....especially in this heat...at last I have learnt to listen to my body!!
Definitely not doing anything of note for at least the next fortnight with our expected highs, not that there is much to do, everything is behaving out there at the moment.

 

Beautiful morning here in Paradise, with a faint smell of coffee. The next seven days vary from 92 to 97, though it will be slightly cooler for me since I have the right altitude. Light breeze from the south, and no clouds for at least a week.


These mountains, the Sierra Lujar, have been mined since pre-Roman times. In the centre are what look like massive spoil-heaps ????

 

Ah ha!!... shady gardening yes...that's fine @shiney ....I'll allow you that.
That is something we have very little of ,but we do put various shades up around the garden as we refuse to eat indoors during the summer......well normally. We even had a BBQ on New Years day in 2020 ,if we can eat out we will!!
