    Pink Astilbe, very old, it came from the garden of an old lady living near my parents when I was

            I wanted the flowers to face the road for passers by to see them but they are facing inwards so look nice as you walk under them.
            They're facing inwards because the light comes from that direction, and the trees in the hedgerow opposite my garden are dark.
