WHAT'S YOUR WEATHER LIKE - 2021

There were a few high billowing clouds this morning but they disappeared. The temperature went up to 36 C in a shady part of my patio this afternoon. It's down to 34 C now

We are about 28c now and very windy. Drove to Burgau to the West today (about an hour drive) on the N125 which runs East to West in Algarve Could not see smoke in Monchique although there are still hundreds of operatives there due to the wind. they do have it under control.

 

Last bit of watering the potted plants done in the twilight at 10pm, a warm quiet night.
Tomorrow we open the sluice gates and send water rushing around the terraces, and pooling around the fruit trees. Then we drink beer, smoke and discuss life, the universe and everything.
Since I´ve almost emptied the fridge of the amber nectar, we may have to adjourn to the bar in the plaza.
Restored an old German plane today.

One day more, one day less.

Started off cloudy and then clear skies from mid afternoon. Been taking advantage of this heat wave to get some top soil screened, I looked like I had been down a coal mine when I got finished.

My helper has arrived, bringing beer fortunately as I fell to temptation over the week-end and drank the stash. It´s warm and calm, the acequia water is running, it´ll be all go for an hour or so.
The plane is nice and sharp - it´s really flying now...
(I used to make bits for the Avro Vulcan but I stick to small stuff these days ).

It is 18c still breezy going to 29c with the breeze continuing which makes things pleasant.
