Good morning everyone, how's everyone today?
It's one of those days where the minds willing but the body definitely isn't. It's been like that for the last few days.I am experiencing terrible pain from the base of my spine to the sole of my right foot at the moment and not a whisper yet of when my MRI scan is. The big joke is that the consultant that I saw is suppose to be phoning me in a couple of weeks to discuss the results!!!

I have so many plans running through my head for my border revamps and I'm itching to get started but obviously I have to hold off for now as I physically can't attempt much so still walking around with my pen and notebook and delving into a pile of gardening books that I've inherited from my parents.

I'm like you and can do 'upright ' quite well , but a bit iffy on walking a distance though. It's the bendy and kneeling bits that are out of my capabilities at the moment...an essential for gardening duties sadly.

Thanks, I'm trying to keel my mind from thinking about how I feel...definitely not OK, more on the ' ish ' side. What will be will be, I keep telling myself there's a hospital app. with my name on it lurking in a corner somewhere in dark depths of the Royal Mail.
But then perhaps not when we hear on the news about the waiting lists.
Never mind I will get a diagnosis someday.

Looks to be a good day today so I will attempt a start on the next borders shakeup and sort out. Did well yesterday on the 1st one.
