      We had heavy rain and thunderstorms overnight. Apparently there were a few tornadoes about too.

      It is 63f and it looks like we will have a mostly sunny day and going up into the 70's. Lovely!

          No wrong weather ,just wrong clothes worn ,imo.

          Still very warm but some cloud is bubbling up a bit.
          Able to enjoy our dinner outside still.:)

            It's getting nearer!! Just quickly put the remaining lot of laundry in the washer...hopefully enough time to get it dry as it's still very warm in our sun trap area.

                        Think today has broken the record for the hottest day ever in September in Scotland. To say I am a melted grease spot would pretty well sum up my appearance having just watered the greenhouse. Still roasting at nearly 6 p’clock, earlier it must have been near 30 oC. Our tarmac drive was soft and sticky in places. If only I could bottle this heat and use it over winter!

                          Been another hot one, I got 30 again, got some alto cumulus coming in from the west now, its been wall to wall blue skies up to now.

                            So that's where our super hot weather went, across the pond!
