Just baked a lasagna. A pre-made, frozen one. I had no time to play so it's a quick fix. And I'm now not all that hungry so that might be my breakfast!

We have the frozen ones to hand, often the spinach ones, a nice change.

I am on my daily "circulationmaxx" machine having my juice (apple today) which i have about this time then a Greek yogurt for elevenses and I was thinking ...

I bet we are the only ones who do not eat at a table. I eat on my lap and T'other Half a small folding table or his lap if he is having a sandwich/wrap. This is probably odd as we have four dining tables ... the kitchen where we have four white faux leather high back chairs (kitchen split by a peninsular), kitchen patio has a round glass and metal table and four chairs, outdoor living room which has an acacia table and four chairs and the lower dining patio which has an acacia table and six chairs. We only eat at one of the tables when we have guests.

          Where do you eat?

I eat wherever I am. In the kitchen, usually at the table. In the office, at my desk-keyboard gets a regular blow out with canned air. Outside, while standing up and walking around. Unless I have company, then sitting with them at the table. In a restaurant, never at the bar, only at a table.

For my lunch - mixed vegetables and a piece of Cod purchased from Morrisons yesterday. Poached in water and milk and seasoned with sea salt and extra virgin olive oil.

It was the more delicious because the Cod was fresh, caught by British fishermen in Cornish waters who take sustainability of stocks seriously. Guilt free meal - hardly any air miles - that's the sort of meal that ticks all my boxes .

At a table. Either one of our garden ones or at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. We tend not to use our dining room one for just the two of us as it's a huge one and it makes us sad at missing all the brood!

In the winter we tend to eat our light tea/supper ( only a sandwich or similar) in the lounge as we catch up on the news headlines.
