    A drop of rain might get rid of all these spiders, I cant walk anywhere round the garden without getting covered in them, webs all over the place and they replace them a couple of times a day.

      We had a 10 minute downpour, does smell nice and fresh out in the garden now. It went so dark, spookily so! Then a weird yellow/orange light ,our garden took on a very eerie look. Doesn't show up in the pics. IMG_20210908_193855.jpg

                  The promised thunder, lightning and heavy rain never materialised and now there is no rain forecast. So the sprinkler is on the veg. I have orders for 12lb of beans today so topped up yesterday's picking before putting the sprinkler on to help the plants recover. The rope that the soap is on wasn't long enough so I'll have to have my shower indoors. :whistle:

                    The thunder never arrived and we had no more rain either, although both are on our forecast for today. For now all is dry and calm.
