LATEST MOAN FROM YOU AND ME - 2021

More of a moan about myself and stupidity had to change my username because of problems with my old one, long story but the short version, I went in to panic mode, making an already bad day worse and instead of gathering my composure and asking for advice on transferring to a new name, ended up making a total bouncing ball of it and deleted my posts.

Side note, I'm waiting for Bill & Ben to pick the bones from this name.

@Fat Controller Thank you for sorting this mess out, your patience is very much appreciated because anyone else would have hit me on the head with a spade

 

Rang Vodafone last night about issue with account at 1950hrs, helpline etc shuts at 2000hrs 2015hrs I'm still on hold being told an adviser would be with me soon and they were very busy etc etc.
Couldn't they just switch the automated systems off with a polite goodbye we'll be back at 0800hrs.

@Upsydaisy I'm sorry about the confusion, I was going to post a short clear explanation this morning but it turned into a long angry rant, no one wants to read that, so wrote a much shorter version, least to say I have a new name, the other plant pot was a temp username so Fat Controller could sort it all out < red faced >
