Hi Michael, bought a couple of Xmas presents online (avoiding crowds) when I can, weather is cold and wet anyway so happy keeping indoors, what have you been upto?

 

Thank you @Flumpy ... I went out for lunch with a friend, we were colleagues many years ago and she lives near by. She and my late partner Beryl became good friends, and she is on her own now like me so we meet up occasionally.
It's good to avoid crowds. I have very few presents to get these days but I'll have to see to it soon.

 

Good morning all, I fear this is going to be a long cold winter and I am so anxious for my daughter Wendy who is has been diagnosed as having cancer of the ovaries. She has had a considerable amount of fluid drained from her abdomen but is still awaiting the treatment she so badly needs. I am still feeling very poorly myself, I hope you are all keeping as well as can be expected, do take care all and stay safe. God bless and thank you for all your well wishes.

 

Oh @moyra I am so sorry to read your post, I'm sure Wendy's treatment will get underway very soon, undoubtedly very worrying times for you all indeed. Keeping you and your family in my thoughts. xx

 

Ho Moyra, I’m so sorry to hear that, keeping my fingers and toes crossed for her . You drink plenty fluids and make sure you eat
