Again not sure how they stop you passing the QR code on to someone else ? Maybe somebody knows how the security works on the system?

I'm guessing if you dont have the internet its just a simple task of politely asking your doctor for certification.

 

Yes, we have the same.

They are two passes, one is for traveling abroad with the other being for events and venues.

Oh, it isn't the full country yet although Justin is a pin head (in my opinion) and he was way behind things in the beginning. He still is waffling over banning Huawei for heavens sakes!

Not many people on the roads today - they must be self isolating - how terribly inconvenient and just after the Christmas/New Year break as well.

More hospitals are 'critical' due to staff self isolating - whether they have covid or not.

It's time Boris stepped in and ended self isolation.

 

I certainly dont think you can end self isolating for medical staff.
But I do think it needs looking at regarding how long you need to self isolate.

 

Just watched some of the pm speech tonight ..didn't say alot about the booster only lasting approx 10 weeks .
They are saying to do lateral flow daily for NHS..but you can't seem to get any of these tests yourself unless you get them from ebay at cost ...

Not sure it would make any difference now, the damage was done early December. Peddling, bring in curbs now, or face up to 2 million daily infections, which could result in as many as 6000 deaths a day does not help.

 

I would be very surprised if these are being sold on eBay, anyone trying to sell them would more than likely have the listing removed. Offenders will probably get a warning that their account would be closed.

 

Just seen on the news that a woman has had her surgery, to remove a brain tumor removed, cancelled at the last minute for the third time.
Reason given that they dont have any ICU beds available.

Isn't it about time that some ICU beds were put aside, in every hospital, to accommodate patients with other life threatening problems other than covid.

Can't say I have heard of anyone selling them or seen any for sale on eBay, it would be all over social media. If it was, then the seller will probably have misspelt the item to get it listed. eBay's software will automatically detect listings with certain keywords, this stops sellers from listing prohibited goods in the first place. I am more than sure that eBay and Amazon will be doing everything they can to stop sellers from listing lateral flow test kits on their platforms, it looks bad on them also.

 

Just had a look on Ebay, I can't see any lateral flow tests for sale thankfully. There are a few cocaine testing kits if anyone is interested?
