Solved Help needed please

This little plant covers any ground in our garden that we don’t actively weed. It’s actually quite a lovely little flower but it’s also invasive. Absolutely no idea what it is…

If there are seed pods on them then definitely do not put on the compost heap. the seeds are very tough. Also the roots are persistent so if you leave any bits behind they will regrow, Be warned!!!!!

 

Yes. Fair point. Maybe these ones are for the bin. They’re a pain for us - turn up every time I don’t pay attention for 30 seconds

 

Binned them. Spent the afternoon in the sun with the missus weeding the border. A zillion violets, a fair amount of couch grass, rocket (which self seeds for us and grows like a sort of half welcome pest: I love the flowers which are nutty and delicious but you can have too much do a food thing…)

No sign of any returning delphiniums sadly which means they all got wiped out last year: surely not???? Lots of other things coming though - poppies, cosmos, lilies… all good and it will all be a lot happier this evening.
