I didn't realise they did that, if I bought a Samsung TV I wouldn't expect it to come from Russia unless of course Samsung has a factory there. In which case it wouldn't be an import.
You are mixed ethnicity, but when it boils down to it you are as British as they come. Those of us here who have had the pleasure of your company for quite some time know that those mischaracterisations are exactly that - - untrue. Many of us have had the same thrown at us ever since the referendum in 2016 and oddly it is often those who are portraying themselves as being progressive and accepting, when in fact they are bigoted against others views and can at times be quite nasty with it. It is not easy to let that wash over you, but that is what we must do.
Most of that is not Russian, especially one of the most popular brands (Smirnoff) which is made in the UK.
Never been keen on Vodka so I'm ok. Apparently its good for cleaning windows, just the same as meths.
Used to be fantastic at cleaning video heads back in the dark ages when we all had VHS machines under our wooden box tellys
All the big supermarkets have stopped selling Russian vodka (the premium brands). I would rather drink petrol than vodka. Horrible stuff.
Interesting that a guy from the International Court of Justice reckons that sanctions will stay until Putin gets hauled to the Hague. Putin should be more worried about how he is going to account for his actions when he is called upstairs. In the end, he will pay for what he has done.
As expected - looks like they are turning on each other. A Russian spy chief and his deputy have been placed under house arrest by Vladimir Putin as the president blames his security services for the resistance met in Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, it has been claimed. According to a leading expert on the Russian security services, Sergey Beseda, head of the FSB's foreign intelligence branch, was arrested along with his deputy, Anatoly Bolyukh.
