A friend has taken this not very clear photo of a succulent for identification.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks :)

From the blurry image the leaves look like Crassula ovata minima. The flowers are usually white but there is a yellow form as well, but it is rarer.

Well I would have plumped for the bog standard money plant, but the yellow flowers would have put me off.

I have one of those here, originally a cutting from a neighbour. Tough as old boots and in full flower right now. It's not a money plant (I have one of those too!), is much sprawlier in habit. My best guess is that it is some kind of sedum, perhaps sedum palmatum? Hopefully somebody like @Silver surfer can give a proper ID, I will be watching for further replies with interest!

Thanks, we shall try but he's not very good with a camera and has some learning difficulties. He doesn't live nearby for us to be able to pop over.
