WHAT'S YOUR WEATHER LIKE - 2022

Lovely and sunny, unfortunately we didn't get the rain forecast and it still says rain on it even now.....and this is now!

 

C'mon Upsy, surely you are not complaining ... it looks like a picture postcard.

 

We have a line of rain going through at the moment.
Slugs at the ready.
A lovely damp night for them coming up.

 

Wwwwwwell..yes I am I suppose The garden needs a good soaking before I can even think about rehoming all my greenhouse babies out into the harsh DRY world.

 

Yes I have to say that's the big downside of rain.....slugs!!

That does worry me a tad as my Dahlias in the borders are all sending up shoots now. I have asked family and friends to kindly donate their big plastic bottles and I've cut them in readiness to plonk over the Dahlias if and when we finally get some.,

 

It's been a sunny day but not very warm

 

Partly cloudy with a gentle breeze from the north west temp 13c feels like 12c

 

It rained most of the morning, when It stopped I went into the garden to do the Snail dance.....Well stamping on then

 

Still at 16C here but dipping down to 5C tonight.

 

A little rain late evening yesterday but it's been dry, breezy and mostly cloudy today. 13C/55F

 

Another strange day, weather wise! It started off quite cloudy & rather cool at only 6C! As the morning progressed the clouds looked as if they were going to break & we'd have some sunshine - no such luck! We got some brightness but as the afternoon rolled along so did the clouds! At some point we had a shower around 1.30pm but it was light & was over in a minute or two.

But around 4.15pm or so the heavens really opened up & we had a terrific heavy shower - because that was all it was - 10 minutes of heavy rain & that's your lot! But probably more than April's total!

We did see big black clouds roll over a couple of times during the early evening but that's all they did - roll along!

 

It is now sunny and 63f 15c?
