Are they about to flower?

I received these today by post, as I have only seen off shoots/pups at the base of my plants I can only assume that these are in flower- if so will the stalk grow straight (raise their heads to the day light)

 

Someone gave me these a few week back, house leeks, voodoo, spaghetti,, milk weed, ive no idea either, there's shoots coming from some

 

Yes they are flowering, look like Echieverias ,the flower stems do sometimes stay bent, but they should orientate them selves if you keep them still.

It is nice to have a reply back so early on- I'm keeping them behind my plain net curtain which is over my patio doors (south facing) for a week to acclimatise them, after that they will get the full morning sun for a few hrs each day.
They seem to look a little pale to me - lol -I know that sounds silly but I will feel a lot better if I give them a light feed tomorrow ?

 

I'd not feed they are looking pale because the light has not been strong enough before you got them.
Lots of Echiverias do actually have that ghostly look and are not dark green, its often a kind of wax on the surface, which marks if you touch them.
I very rarely feed most succulents, they naturally come from poor soil and dry conditions so too much feeding in particular will make them grow out of character and become bloated.

@Grandma Sue There was a bit about succulent on gardeners world few week back ifyou havnt already seen the episode that is

 

Be very careful about over feeding or overwatering pretty much all succulents, always best to under water than overwater and if repotted feeding shouldn't be needed for the first year IMO.

 

Echeverias look like they are going to flower.
I personally think the voodoo is a sempervivum, as is the one with the spiders web which is arachnoides. The milkweed is some type of euphorbia

 

It looks like I will be leaving them alone then "blimey I have so... much to learn"

@joolz68 your plants are Sempervivums, the shoots are offsets. The fllowers come from the centre of the rosettes, and the rosette will die after it flowers, but the offsets can be potted on.

@Grandma Sue, the flower stalks on your Echeverias will lengthen but will still bend over at the top where the flowers are so it gives them a 'nodding' effect.
