We've had a weather warning for thunder today, but there has been nothing ...
It has just been dark and dreary all day like November

Why do we need a weather warning for thunder anyway ? it isn't as if it's anything out of the ordinary

Shame when that's the best you can say about an early June day.

 

Overnight & to about 10am it rained an awful lot! From what I've seen we may have over an inch of rain - if not more! We probably had more rain today than we've had in the 5 previous months of this year!

I had to empty out all the plates under my pots on the balcony railings! One good thing about it though - I probably won't have to water the pots for another week!

 

Brightened up about 1600 hrs then pleasant sunshine.

Grey, 12c and very poor light. Had quite a lot of rain in the night. Certainly not a good day for our Summer flowers....

Sitting out trying to enjoy a tea break but the breeze is on the nippy side ,our temps at the moment read 17C.
Best get back to it...moving keeps you warm!!
