It is a nice day out there and if the breeze keeps up will be all day.

Like you Upsy, it will be a quiet day here. Think T'other Half will do a small shop in Messines 6kms up the road. I am hoping my plant arrives from Germany so I can plant it, already have a pot earmarked.

Slight change of ' no plan's' today as the opportunity is too good to miss!
We had more overnight rain so as the 'concrete ' ground will hopefully have softened I will take full advantage and do some border work today . Only issue is that all the plants and shrubs are heavy with raindrops!!......waterproofs might be called for!

It is bright but a little cloudy and 55f 13c. The guessers say that later we will have rain and maybe some thunder storms too. Free water is always welcome.

I have some digging to do too today @Upsydaisy . One of my cannabis plants showed clear signs of going male so I quickly ripped him out, above ground to keep him from harming the girls with his nasty pollen. Now I have to dig out the roots.

I've got a bit of work to do and it's perfect timing for another Hilda Ogden day. I don't need to go out in public. Does anyone remember how common it was, in the 50's and early 60's, to see women out with a kerchief wrapped around to cover their hair rollers? I can just imagine peoples' reactions if I went to the grocers in that get up!

Sorry Upsydaisy we’ve been watching a series and snoozing in between . I love a place in the sun I have it on series record as well as Grand designs, rescue garden and gardeners world, so I’m never stuck for programs . I ok Thankyou, just getting back into routine again, my car had to have work done after the mot, cost me £275 but better to be safe than sorry, hope your all ok, have a lovely snoooze and dreams of a place in the sun

I think we could be in for a few showers today ....whether we actually get them is anyone's guess!!

So today's plan will be determined by what does or doesn't fall from the sky.

I would really like to be able to continue cleaning ,size sorting and storing away all the flower pots in readiness for sowing for next year.

I have no idea what is/will be going on regarding building and not worth asking. I guess it will be done when it is done!

Good day
It is cloudy right now but the guessers say the sun will show up later. That would be nice as I am meeting 6 of my friends for tea in a town called Streetsville which is only about 12 miles from me. We might do a wander around the town's shops after as well.

And I just finished confirming delivery of a Confirmation of Motion and all that is left to do for my son is polish the Draft Order to take with us in 2 weeks. So lots of time to get that perfect. I'm going to finish the sewing part of three roman shades before I go out at noon.

When I get back, I'm putting out my new lawn sign, garland of flags, and large flags so they will be proudly displayed for Canada Day tomorrow.

While I'm typing, I'm smiling. A good feeling.

Good morning everyone.

Well what a day yesterday was....talk about dodging the showers, if we were given a forecast that warned us they were coming it would have helped!!

Fingers crossed today will be an improvement.
I don't mind rain at all , I just would like to know what kind of day we can expect so that I can plan accordingly.

Anyway whatever your weather is I wish you a peaceful and enjoyable day.
