YAWN, YAWN, WAKEY, WAKEY - 2022

We have just received good news too ... the window man phoned and said they are coming Monday morning. That means the a/c man can come, the trellis can be permanently installed and we can retrieve our furniture from our friend's farm. Still lots to do/organise but it appears we will be moving forward.

T'other Half is doing a little on the wall cladding ... he promises just half a meter then that's that for the day in the heat.

I just came in from watering my seedlings and putting fresh water for the furries, which I do twice a day. It is already 27c with the minimal of air movement.

 

So glad to hear your windows are finally coming, it’s all coming together now, soon you will be sitting in there relaxing with a glass of wine

Hello to @Michael Hewett and @Flumpy too!

My son and I will be going to my clients later this morning to install the mounting hardware for her curtain rods. The rods themselves did not arrive which is quite upsetting but once they come, I'll be able to attach them on my own. Between this delay and the painters stopping access the other day, I'd say this situation is a cluster of omissions and errors!

When we get back, I'll start some dough for rolls and barbecue some fresh burgers.

Mornin' Upsy. Actually slept fairly well. We put the a/c on for a couple of hours (windows closed) then at 11 a/c off and windows open which face the East. Ceiling fan goes all night.
