    Sunny and calm but humid outside (89%). A gentle breeze arrived late afternoon for an hour or so but it's back to calm again. 28C/82F

      The humidity is very low here, probably due to the stiff breeze. I love the heat but my other half doesn't. I keep telling her she may be able to multi-task but I can regulate my body's temperature!

                Hi,

                I too like heat but my wife doesn't and is suffering with it; good job we have a big fan which helps her. I'm usually complaining 363 days a year about our dire Yorkshire weather so no way am I complaining about a couple of days summer this year in fact it's been a summer for a change.

                38C forecast for us; pity I can't bottle it because tomorrow it'll only be a happy memory; I'm now waiting for the big bang when the rain arrives which most likely will make the news again.

                                There is a light cloud now, 28c but will get hotter. No breeze. The forecast for tomorrow has changed, still cooler but no rain, we could have done with that.
