We had more rain overnight in total 40mm in 24 hours, that's nearly a month's worth for Surrey. The lawn has gone from a sandy colour to green so quickly.

21c at the moment going to 23c. Sunny intervals and dead calm.

Sunny spells and light wind 21c. The heavy showers all day forecast for yesterday resulted in just two lasting 20 mins and no more forecast for the next week.

Overcast but dry all morning though it looked like rain was not far away. The sun has come out this afternoon but pretty windy.

We've enjoyed a really lovely day with perfect weather. It's now nearly 8pm and is still a very comfortable 22C with a ' feels like' of 25C.
This is more like it.:dbgrtmb:

I've just shut all the doors, it feels cooler than it has in ages, yes 22c but cool.
                            Doesn't feel like 25c to me.
                            More like 18c.

Agree with this. The holiday folk think it is warm/hot ... when we are ready to put sleeves on. However, we remember the days when we felt the same. I think I sweated today ...

You do get used to different temperatures, 18c in spring can feel really warm, in mid summer its not very warm and after a couple of weeks of hot weather it's downright cold.
