WHAT'S YOUR WEATHER LIKE - 2022

Sunny, calm and 17c.

 

At around 1am had a thunderstorm but i slept through it, hubby told me this morning when we woke up. Had a lot of rain just the job for the garden.
Now it's sunny with a bit of cloud and a gentle breeze from the south south east temp 20c.

 

It is Grey and chilly with the clouds spitting on me! 63f 16c

 

After a grim looking morning the sun came out PM for a couple of hours and the temperature shot up to 26c.
Its clouded over again now, no wind and still hovering around 25c.

 

Sunny with a warm breeze and 27c.

 

So much for rain and weather warning for thunder..its a gorgeous 23C.





Note....we have green grass!!

 

All day it's been dry and a bit overcast but warm, and now we are in the middle of a thunder storm. It isn't bad, just an ordinary thunder storm. I don't think it will last long

 

I was going to make a comment, then I saw yours. So your non-rain did good.

 

Yes it certainly did Vicky. A mix of a few light showers of late...hubs emptying all our washing up water over it daily and of course back to normal temps.
As you can see the fields are still a lighter shade of straw ......they need our grey waste water!!

 

Sunny until late afternoon with no wind and high humidity still. So a warm 23C/73F despite the weather moving from a north easterly direction.

 

Had some more rain this afternoon and this evening.
Now it's partly cloudy with a gentle breeze temp 21c

 

Thunder storm earlier on ... it didn't last long but the rain was bouncing off the roof tops, and the clothes pegs

 

Apparently we did get some rain at some point during the night as when I looked out around 6.30am the ground looked a bit damp. It can't have been much as it was nearly dry & there was no rainwater in the saucers under thee pots on the balcony railings.

The day started off sunny but by about 9am the clouds were starting to cover the skies once again & then we had a repeat of the last few days - sunny spells & lots of clouds.

The temp may have been a little lower than yesterday as the day felt a little fresher. I think we reached a max of 23C.

Tomorrow we are forecast possible light rain showers during the afternoon but if they do decide to put in an appearance it will be very little.

 

Seemingly the UK experienced 36,000 lightning strikes in 12 hours.
We started rainy and 14c then the sun came out and it was very warm and 23c.
