      Good morning!:)

Had a good day out in the garden yesterday and got quite a bit done , unfortunately the weather may slow down what is done outside today.

Think it may possibly be a jigsaw puzzle day today.

Hope you all have a relaxing Sunday too.

A fine but windy day is forecast so I may cut back the trailing Geraniums/Pelargonium on The Baffa ledge today.

Slept for about five hours so feel brighter this morning.

Today is the 5th year anniversary when I slipped on sloping cobblestone and subluxed my knee starting my horrible journey. So, onward and upward with positivity

        Have a lovely day everyone.

          Morning Vicky.

Glad you slept well last night it certainly makes all the difference!

5 years wow!! But on the brighter side look how far you've come and what you've achieved!!:dbgrtmb: No looking back...forward thinking only.:)

I might start removing and planting up some of my Pelargoniums but only the newer smaller ones for now as all the larger ones still have a lot of blooms. I'll cut them hard back before potting up for the Winter.

That's a job that can easily be done today whatever our weather decides to do.:blue thumb:

            Good morning all :spinning:

Woke to blue sky and sunshine! But very fresh brbrbr , not doing much today, washing, trip to Tesco, dry washing, ho and take my mums shoes back to next, unfortunately her wedding shoes don’t fit well, she’s ideally needs size 5.5 but they don’t do them in her size, so I will be spending hours on the internet again, we will get there, fortunately her dress looks nice. The hen night went well last night lovely Italian meal, me & my mum had Polla all crema yummy! :)

Hope you all have a nice relaxing Sunday :spinning:

Pleased all went well and sounds like something I would order.

Sounds like a busy Sunday but have a nice one.

                  Good day
It is 48f 8c but the sun is brilliant so that will save the day as far as being nice for puttering outside.

I have some chores to take care of this morning which won't take long. And if I run out of energy, I will have a buttertart to stoke the furnace :heehee:

I am glad you had a bit better night @Victoria but 5 hours sleep seems to me to be not all that great. I hope you get more sleep tonight!

My show is airing so I shall enjoy my cuppa and catch up.

                  Cheers :coffee:

                      Morning everyone.

Vicky how are you today , did you get a better nights sleep ?

Sorry I was going by my own sleep requirements as 5hrs sleep is normal for me, I agree with Lori and most people seem to need more, I think shiney is like me and doesn't need much sleep either.:)

We had a lovely day after all yesterday ,sunny and warm. Today looks pretty good too but as they got yesterday 's forecast completely wrong I won't say too much as it might tempt fate!!

Managed to get lots done yesterday though.:dbgrtmb: However I still have some bloomin bulbs to plant...my bulb stash doesn't seem to be getting any smaller, I'm sure they're breeding!!

Our day is going to start with a walk down to our local shop to get some fresh fruit, veg and salad as supplies are running low. Hubs said that he will do our main shop on Tues...while I go to the cinema with a friend......crafty move on my part!!;):heehee:

I hope everyone is well and that you all have an enjoyable day.

Morning all. Thank you Upsy, I probably got 6-7 hours in three sessions! J can sleep much more even though he then 'needs' an hours afternoon snooze! He can easily sleep till 9.30-10am and in the past noon on weekends! When I worked at Hozelock, in the Summer office staff were asked if they wanted to work factory as we couldn't get enough people. I used to do three hours after work during the week. On weekends I would do 6am to noon ... and sometimes had to wake J when I got home!

Think my car may be back today ... they will being it back then J will take them back, just 6kms up the road.

Computer still playing up so can only use it plugged in. J had it apart again and cannot find why it won't hold a charge.

                        Enjoy your day.

Good day, no make that, Good Evening,
I'm late as I've been busy this morning and just wanted to slog through the work I wanted to get done and packaged, by lunch- my lunch time.

When the daylight hours are shorter than 12 hours, I seem to be able to sleep about 9 hours. Perhaps also because it coincides with the cooler weather and that fresh air is quite lovely when one is sleeping.

And now I am schedule to get out the door and get some grocery shopping done. A grocer nearby has turkeys on offer and I want to get a second smaller one for Thanksgiving. I think there are a dozen of us for supper and I like to have extra white meat on hand because it seems to be what the younger ones favour.

I have work to do out in the back yard but I don't know if I'll have time to do all of my aggrressive list of things that need doing.

I'm still on tea as it is only just going on 1 p.m. so, cheers :coffee:

Yup, young chics like you @Victoria do enjoy it and if you were here, I might even have to seat you at the kiddies table! :heehee:

Got the second turkey and some of the other shopping done, including two packages of peanuts in the shell. Had a frustrating time with the self check out as it kept freezing up. The young attendant came over and tried to fix it. Well, I told him what happened, he cleared the freeze then did what I did and it froze again. It took him six times repeating what I did, for him to realize that I wasn't fibbing!

I also made one of my rare visits into the Dollarama and bought a small Christmas wreath to decorate. Samantha is bringing her beau for thanksgiving and they are bringing their little dog, Peanut, because they couldn't find a sitter. I'll just take and antihistamine to keep the sniffles away. And I'll use the peanuts to decorate the wreath to make a Christmas decoration for the little dog. Darnit, just realized I should have bought some mini bone shaped dog biscuits to add to the wreath

                                Good morning!:)

                                Hope everyone is well today.

We had another day of fine weather yesterday and hopefully today will be the same .:fingers crossed:

We had a lovely walk down to the local shop and extended our walk a bit to enjoy the weather and take in the Autumnal changes that have gradually begun now. We ended up walking just under 4 miles in total.:smile:

Off to meet a friend in town for a catchup before heading off to the cinema to see 'Mrs Harris Goes To Paris' which is a comedy drama, after all the gloom of recent times we felt that a good giggle was in need.

Doesn't it always happen!! Had a call from another friend yesterday to say a mutual friend of ours is coming over to the mainland from the IOW this week for a couple of days and suggested that the 3 of us meet up for lunch on Friday..we haven't seen her for almost 4 years!! Unfortunately I can't as we're off up to London for the weekend.

Shame but these things happened, hopefully we might get a chance to meet up nearer Christmas :fingers crossed:.

Have a really super day !
                                :spinning:
