      Well the path was only just damp so I guess we could have expected some more rain just to keep it wet all the time.

          Just got back from town., boy am I warm ! I shall have to unpack my summer clothes at this rate.....not that I'm complaining, I will happily do so!!:SUNsmile::smile: 17C ( feel like temp 18C)

              Ahhh that is all but a lovely distant memory now Pete, I will happily enjoy these temps for as long as possible......and I hope they do last if only for a few more weeks, hopefully Winter will seem shorter, well we can live in hope.:biggrin: :fingers crossed:

                  The forecast in my last post on Saturday was almost spot on! :wow: We had a couple of claps of thunder on Sunday - 1 in the morning & 1 in the afternoon - literally! We had lots of rain as well, torrential for a time at that! In fact our minister had just started preaching when we could hardly hear for the rain on the roof of the building! :loll:

                  Monday morning we had some more torrential rain but the rain lasted from about 8am till 2pm. At 8.30am it seemed more like a cloudburst! I could hardly see the houses on the other side of the road for the spray kicked up by the falling rain! :rolleyespink::yikes:

                  Today has been a wonderful spring (sorry, autumn) day! :) Not much sunshine but when the sun did come out it was quite warm. No more rain & a warm day. Seems the week is going to continue warm before November comes along! :)
