LATEST MOAN FROM YOU AND ME - 2022

This Royal Mail 'service'. Placed an order yesterday for a rather tasty Samsung Galaxy tablet - it arrived this morning just after 9 am. The courier was DPD.

 

We had a panic today. my Grandaughter Kat gets home every day at 3.30, she always sends a text when she leaves school.

Come 4pm no text, no Kat & her phone turned off..... My Daughter Maria went down to the school, they searched on CCTV around the school, she was found doing extra French lessons........ It did push my BP up............Bloody Kids ha?

 

What do these idiot, Just Stop Oil, protestors expect to achieve.
Apart from set nearly all the normal population against their cause.

 

They're idiots.

I actually agree with their cause. But because of how they're going about it, it kind of means that any reasoned discussion on the subject now is clouded by their activity. Perhaps they're sponsored by the oil companies. What better way to stop opposition than to make people hate those that oppose them.

 

I doubt they are sponsored by oil companies, they are doing quiet well at the moment as I understand it.
But I do believe they are sponsored/ brainwashed by some organisation.
They are nothing new and will just become more of histories weirdo's that were not taken seriously.
I mean, they even turn up in cars with combustion engines.

 

I think they are funded by donors through the climate emergency fund which supports disruptive protests.

 

Just heard spokes person for Just Stop Oil saying how distressed they all are at the disruption and chaos they are causing, but it's not their fault it's the Governments.

 

STANDING Gas charge
I turned my Gas off for the whole of October and my Gass Bill was£38
Damn ridiculous

 

My bills don't run from the 1st to the 31st so unless the bill states otherwise there may be some gas consumption in the amount.

 

I spent 3/4 hour doing an online order to Iceland, my Debit Card payment wouldn't go through, stating insufficient funds, checked my Bank Account, plenty in there.
In the end I had to pay by credit card.

 

Water bill has just arrived ......that's a moan in itself!
