Had a shower last evening. Overcast, 14c going to 19c with perhaps a shower later.

The sun has finally broken through and it is 20c but does not feel that as it has been grey all day.

 

Torrential showers, interspersed by rain !
I thought I'd go for a coffee in a nice cafe in a local town (fed up with being on my own in the house) and as I was walking there from the car park I got caught in one of them and was very wet to say the least by the time I reached the caffe

 

Its been mostly dry with bright spells but the wind has been picking up all day and is really gusty now.

 

A bit disappointing as today was supposed to be the only dry day of the week...it rained. So the outside jobs are starting to pile up and I've got 3 soggy and fractious chickens

 

It's been sunny intervals until 1pm then we had showers. At about 2.30 pm we had torrential rain for a few minutes then it stopped. Lucky that i had to wait for hubby to come back before we both took the boys out or we would have been in it.
Now clear sky and dark with a moderate breeze from the south south west temp 6c

 

Clear sky forecast around 11 pm. A good night to see Orion enter our southern sky .

Some sunshine early this morning but the grey clouds gathered and have remained all day. 8C/46F

 

Today we had the exact opposite start to the day than the last two! Where they started off cloudy & rainy today we had a glorious clear blue sky! but around mid morning the clouds started to roll in once again & we had them all afternoon! After sunset they cleared away & now we are forecast lots of clear sky tonight! Time to do some sky watching/star gazing me thinks!

On a bright note we are also forecast a day with lots of sunshine! (Unfortunately for my poor wife who will have to hide away in a darkened room! )
