We have a good inch or more of snow here now.

 

Its up to 3 ins now, biggest snow flakes I've ever seen I think.

No more -7C's!!!

 

-4°C here already (21h37) The cats went out on their usual mousing expedition but were back in the warm within 5 minutes

 

Some light snow overnight but it's been sunny and clear all day, -1C/30F. The mountains are now completely white.

The sunset time has now come to a halt at 3.33 pm.

 

The ginger cat had been asleep in one of my chairs all day, he woke up a couple of hours ago to go home to get his dinner.
I dont think he'd ever seen snow before so it came as a bit of a surprise with his belly dragging in the snow as he went up the path, he needed a bit of coaxing but he seems to have gone now.

 

I need the car early doors tomorrow so I went out and cleared the remaining snow off the windscreen and gave it a thorough dry with kitchen towel. When I took the rubbish out at 6 pm it was thick in frost again - and we have no fog here.
